Which Documents Do I Need for My Car Lease?

 

In order for us to be able to obtain leasing offers for you, please send us a digital copy of the following documents:

 

• all data on the vehicle
• personal ID
• registration data (dt. Meldezettel, Meldebestätigung)
• proof of income
  • as an employee: the last two to three paycheques
  • as an entrepreneur: income tax assessment (dt. Einkommensteuerbescheid), current balance of accounts (dt. Saldenliste)
    optional: the last tax return (dt. Einkommensteuererklärung)

 

We usually receive the offers relatively fast, sometimes even on the same day. In order to assess whether you are eligible for leasing, the respective leasing company requires a signed privacy policy and a budget statement from you. In this budget statement, your income is compared with your expenses in order to determine whether you are able to afford the monthly instalments.
