7 Steps to Getting the Best Insurance

Firstly, we arrange an appointment for an introductory meeting. In this meeting, we can go into more detail regarding your specific situation or just discuss general insurance related questions. Optionally, you can send us the most important information in advance via email.

Step 2: Obtain Contract Information

We will send you a document called Auskunftsvollmacht, which you can sign directly on your phone. This is a kind of power of attorney that authorises us to obtain your contract information directly from your insurance company. It does not authorise us to make any changes to your contract on your behalf.

Step 3: Preparing an Overview & Online Access to

After we have received all necessary contract information, we will send you a digital overview of all your insurance contracts. This overview can also be called up in the wefox app on your smartphone or tablet. All future contracts will be added so it is always up to date.

Step 4: Strategical Analysis of Your Documents

In a personal meeting or an online meeting via Teams, we will present our analysis of your current insurance cover to you and make recommendations suitable for your individual situation. The aim is to give you a good overview and professional advice so that you can make deliberate decisions and pick what is right for you.

Step 5: Analysing Needs & Ris Management

Once all your questions have been answered, we draw up a draft of an insurance plan tailored to your needs and wishes. It is your decision, of course, how much money you are willing to pay for insurance and which services should or shouldn’t be included.

Step 6: Making Changes & Adaptation

We are happy to make changes to your insurance plan until you are fully satisfied with it. After you have given your final approval, we check whether all contracts and insurance policies are correct. We will also inform you about the current status of your contracts and provide an up-to-date overview of all your contracts.
