Sustainability-related disclosures
Disclosures under Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, SFDR). They concern our own insurance advice on insurance-based investment products, currently unit-linked life insurance. Securities intermediation for FinanzAdmin is described separately under point 4.
1. Integration of sustainability risks in insurance advice (Art. 3 (2) SFDR)
Sustainability risks are environmental, social or governance events or conditions that, if they occur, could cause an actual or potential material negative impact on the value of your investment.
Our policy: Whenever we advise you on an insurance-based investment product, we ask about your sustainability preferences and document them in the advisory and assessment software of the respective insurance company. The result directly affects which funds we recommend to you. As a basis we use the information that insurance companies and fund management companies publish about their products under the SFDR, including how sustainability risks are integrated into their investment decisions. We explain this information to you in the advisory meeting. We do not carry out our own sustainability assessment or data analysis of individual investments.
2. Adverse impacts on sustainability factors (Art. 4 (5) SFDR)
Statement on principal adverse impacts of insurance advice on sustainability factors
Adverse sustainability impacts are possible negative effects of an investment on the environment and society, for example greenhouse gas emissions or violations of labour and human rights. They are to be distinguished from the sustainability risks described above, which concern the value of your investment.
We consider the principal adverse impacts when advising on insurance-based investment products if your sustainability preferences state that such impacts should be considered. Our procedure for selecting products:
- We use the information that insurance companies and fund management companies, as financial market participants, publish about their products under the SFDR, in particular on whether and how a product considers adverse impacts.
- Only products and funds that, according to this information, meet the sustainability preferences you have chosen are included in the selection. The preferences are recorded and matched in the advisory and assessment software of the respective insurance company.
- We do not rank products ourselves using the indicators in Annex I, Table 1 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1288, and we do not apply any criteria or thresholds of our own beyond your preferences.
3. Remuneration policy and sustainability risks (Art. 5 SFDR)
Depending on the agreed service model, we offer commission-based services and fee-based advice on net policies. For commission-based services we receive remuneration from the respective product provider. For fee-based advice our service is remunerated by the fee agreed with you.
The amount of commission does not depend on whether a product contains sustainable funds or not. The agreed fee is independent of which product and which funds you choose. There are no sales targets or special commissions from product providers. Our remuneration therefore does not depend on how sustainability risks and your sustainability preferences are reflected in the product selection.
4. Securities intermediation for FinanzAdmin
In securities intermediation, Alix Marc Raoul Jeanquartier acts in the name and for the account of FinanzAdmin Wertpapierdienstleistungen GmbH. For this activity, the sustainability information, procedures and disclosures of FinanzAdmin as liable principal apply: FinanzAdmin sustainability information. Points 1 to 3 refer to our own insurance advice.
5. Status and changes
As of: 09.2026
We keep this information up to date. If the information on the integration of sustainability risks or on the remuneration policy changes, we will explain the change here with its date.
